Growing up in my homeland, I was immersed in ancient practices passed down to me by my parents and grandparents.
From a young age, these sacred traditions became the foundation of my life, guiding me towards happiness and well-being. Inspired by the ancient teachings of Sanatan Dharma, I followed the wisdom of timeless scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita, Ayurveda, and the Yoga Sutras, which lit my path towards holistic living. However, my journey didn't stop with tradition. I also sought modern knowledge, exploring fields like psychology, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, and other contemporary tools for personal growth. This blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques forms the foundation of my approach to helping others achieve personal excellence. Today, I see myself as a Facilitator honoured to help others on their journey to fulfilment and purpose.
