2. 60 minutes session
3. 12 sessions commitment over 3 months program
4. Exclusive integrated access and membership to my personal portal and app
5. Weekly power-packed sessions and in-between private messaging and program resources through private app
6. 15 minutes short check-ins as and when required.
7. Up to 2,60- minutes follow-up meetings over a period of 2 months after the program is over.
8. Focused on a person’s needs and personality, supplying them with specific methods and techniques to practice throughout coaching program.
